Updated radial styling now accepts up to a 300 series tire. Frame includes all the features that made the Y2K-250 frames famous. Accepts EV2 or Twin Cam style engine with appropriate RSD transmission. Use of right side drive transmission eliminates use of offsets while centring engine and transmission. Accepts either1-1/8" or 1-1/2" rear belts (133 tooth for 65 tooth pulleys or 135 tooth for 70 tooth pulleys). Accepts any of the Ness 13" rear Fenders. Each kit includes: Frame, Swingarm, battery box, billet aluminium fender struts, 12" Progressive Suspension, 1"chromemoloy axle, billet hidden axle covers and billet aluminium regulator mount. 330mm tire will only fit with the use of a chain drive and a custom fabricated strutless fender.

Y2K250 Rubber Mount frame for Dyna Powertrain

Radical frame style accepts up to 250 series tires(10" wide). Ness Design features a down in the dirt seating position. Proven rubber mount technology for a smooth ride. Massive 1-1/3" frame tubes large radius bends. Massive 2" diameter Swingarm accepts standard drive or drive-side pulley/brake kits, includes billet hidden axle covers. Accepts EV2 style or Twin Cam motor and appropriate Dyna transmission. Accepts 11" width rear fenders. Accepts 1-1/8" type rear belt (135 tooth for 70 tooth pulleys, 133 tooth belt for 65 tooth pulleys). Each kit includes frame, Swingarm with billet aluminium axle covers, battery box, side covers, 12" progressive Suspension billet Shocks, billet aluminium fender struts and rear axle. Frame kits require a 1" offset transmission or 1" offset transmission kit.

Y2K-250 Solid Mount Frame Kits for Softail™ Powertrain

Radical Y2K styling features a billet aluminium swingarm with hidden shocks. Engine locates in the centre of the frame without offset for a superior handleing. Y2K frame design features massive 1-3/8" tubing, extremely low seating position, radial styling. billet Aluminium swingarm features hidden 1"chromemoly axle, axle covers and teardrop accent covers that are removable for polishing or painting. Swingarm is pre-drilled to accept Ness Tech side mount taillight assembly. Special designed oil tank has a 4 quart capacity. Accepts EV2 style engines including S&S 145" monster with repositioning of gas tank mounts, as well as the dual rear belt transmission from Baker. Accepts any of the Ness 11" rear Fenders. Accepsts 1-1/8" 135 tooth rear belt, including the new Baker dual drive rear belt kits. Each Kit includes frame, billet aluminium swingarm, oil tank/battery box assembly, billet aluminium fender struts, hidden rear shocks, 1"chromemoly axle, 1-1/2" offset inner primary spacer and compensator extension.

Arlen Ness Antique Frame

Classic antique styling down to the rigid rear suspension. Accepts XL powertrains from 1986-99. Optional sidecar and sidecar frame can be added to complete the classic look. Frame will accept any fork assembly with a 1" steering stem. Frame kit includes: Frame, battery box and oil tank. Frame accepts Y2K rear calliper kit.
